Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MuscleWiseAI mobile application ("the App"), operated by Bülent Tolga Öncüoğlu (Entorion Teknoloji), İzmir, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Not medical advice

MuscleWiseAI provides general fitness and training information. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a physician, physiotherapist or other qualified professional. Consult a professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

The App asks you to declare injuries or physical limitations so that plans can be adapted. You are responsible for the accuracy of that declaration, including a declaration that you have no limitation. Plans generated on the basis of inaccurate information may not be suitable for you.

3. Subscriptions (MuscleWise Pro)

• Pro features are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store: Monthly and Yearly plans. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country.
• New subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, the subscription starts and your Apple ID is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

4. Trainers (PT) and community

Personal trainers using the App are independent users, not our employees, and we do not verify their qualifications. Any relationship, advice or agreement between you and a trainer is between you and that trainer.

When you post in the community you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display that content within the App. Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringes others' rights, or contains personal data of others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the App, using automated tools to scrape content, or interfering with the service.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code and content (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see Support). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example limitation of liability) survive termination.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for injuries, indirect or consequential losses, or loss of data arising from use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
